ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS

FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY

ABOUT ME

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure of how to move forward. Having navigated my own mental health challenges, I understand how deeply personal and nonlinear healing can be. You’re not alone, and you’re not broken.

From my background in mental health nursing and my own lived experience, I bring both clinical understanding and empathy into the therapy room. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I approach our work together with warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique story.

I value authenticity and collaboration, and I’ll walk alongside you as you explore what matters most, develop new tools, and reconnect with your strengths. Together, we’ll work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful and manageable.

You deserve support that truly sees you. I’d be honoured to be part of your journey.

MY APPROACH

My approach to therapy is grounded in flexibility and curiosity. I believe that no two people are the same, so the way we work together will reflect your goals, pace, and lived experience. I draw from a range of evidence-based methods to help you gain insight, develop coping tools, and move toward lasting change.

Some of the modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), Mindfulness-Based Practices, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

Whether we're exploring thought patterns, building emotional resilience, or reconnecting with your values, my goal is to make therapy feel both effective and genuinely supportive.
