ABOUT ME
I became a therapist after travelling and seeing pain through eyes of people I didn’t know but knew they could have hope again. I believe in the power of connection and how you can feel hope from one to another through your story. You can expect another showing up for you in a way that is simple and with space. I embrace messy and will sit with you throughout your journey.
Healing came for me through being seen by others, there was no other feeling of safe for me.
Hearing and sharing in my clients journey is an honour and I look forward to seeing you.
MY APPROACH
My approach to therapy is flexible, creative, and deeply personalized. I blend different therapeutic methods to meet you exactly where you are—because healing isn’t linear, and what works for one person might not land for another.
I’m trained in EMDR and Level 1 IFS, and often pull from CBT, DBT, Satir Family Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and ADHD skill development. These approaches help us explore the mind-body connection, work with inner parts, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build emotional regulation skills.
Whether we’re processing trauma, working on identity, or building new ways of coping, I’ll tailor our sessions to support you with tools that feel grounding, relevant, and real.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
I bring over 18 years of clinical experience to my work as a therapist, combining a rich academic background with deep, real-world practice. My diverse experience allows me to connect with clients in both structured and intuitive ways, bringing a grounded, holistic lens to healing.

HOW I FILL MY CUP
I’ve always been drawn to adventure—both the kind that takes you across the world and the kind that lives in the everyday. I’ve travelled and hiked through Nepal, scuba dived in the turquoise waters of Thailand, and canoed down the Amazon River in Peru. I’m endlessly curious about how people live and connect, especially when it comes to family dynamics, and I’ve found so much inspiration in learning how different cultures nurture relationships.
These days, I fill my cup by homeschooling my daughter on our little hobby farm, planting our garden, and spending as much time as I can near the water. I’m happiest when I’m paddling a canoe and dipping in the lake when I have a chance.
Like any great expedition, healing starts with one brave step into the unknown.
